Historical Inspiration:
The Mehr Monir design draws inspiration from ancient Balochi patterns that were once embroidered on the clothing of courtiers during the Pahlavi era. A joint effort by Mehrmonir Jahanbani, Kayvan Khosravani, and talented Balochi women from the Irandegan region, Souchen has reimagined and replicated this historical artwork with great care. The design beautifully combines Porkar stitching techniques with motifs like Javak and Graf, enriched with Golabatoon threads. Additional patterns, such as Gorcham, Gooch, Charcham, Panjeh-e-Palang, Se-Payeg, Garohol, and Kash, adorn the tie, each symbolizing a distinct aspect of Balochi cultural heritage.

To clean the needlework, use warm water and a gentle washing liquid. Do not fold the embroidered part, and instead wash it carefully without folding. Change the water several times until it runs clear from the needlework. After washing, use a towel to absorb the excess water. Hang the needlework in fresh air, away from direct sunlight.

Dry cleaning should only be done by professionals.
Ironing
Do not directly iron the surface of the products. Instead, lay the needlework on a flat surface, cover it with a piece of white cloth, and then iron.
