The Taraanag Hand-embroidered Men’s Tie is a refined and luxurious accessory from Souchen that celebrates the ancient art of Balochi embroidery—a tradition cultivated for over 1,500 years. Crafted from premium linen fabric and enhanced with silk and silver or gold thread, this tie exemplifies the intricate artistry of Balochi women artisans. Creating a Taraanag tie takes 35 days, involving the expertise of three skilled artisans: two focused on the detailed embroidery and one on sewing and finishing, ensuring superior craftsmanship and precision.
Artistic Design:
The Taraanag design is a Souchen exclusive, featuring a delicate and harmonious pattern that merges Porkar and Palivar stitching techniques. The Porkar embroidery draws inspiration from the Sarv Sarook motif, characterized by interlocking almond shapes, while the Palivar stitching incorporates the Daruk pattern, evocative of fences enclosing fields. Enhanced with Golabatoon thread, the design exudes elegance and sophistication. Entirely handcrafted and embroidered by Balochi women artisans, the Taraanag tie is a masterpiece that reflects their dedication to preserving this ancient cultural heritage.
Styling Tips:
The Taraanag tie is available in a selection of elegant color combinations, offering versatility for a variety of occasions:
- Golden Green: Pair with a dark green suit and white shirt for a bold, sophisticated look, ideal for formal events or business meetings.
- Blue Grey: Combine with a navy suit and pale blue shirt for a contemporary, stylish ensemble perfect for corporate gatherings and social occasions.
- Grey Green: Match with a grey suit and cream shirt for a timeless, elegant outfit suitable for professional settings or special events.
- Grey Red: Wear with a charcoal suit and white shirt for a polished, versatile look that works for both formal and casual occasions.
Dimensions and Quality Assurance:
Measuring 150 cm in length and 7 cm in width, the Taraanag tie follows standard dimensions for men’s ties, ensuring a perfect fit and comfortable wear. Every tie undergoes strict quality checks to uphold Souchen’s commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and distinctive design.

Care Instructions
To clean the needlework, use warm water and a gentle washing liquid. Do not fold the embroidered part, and instead wash it carefully without folding. Change the water several times until it runs clear from the needlework. After washing, use a towel to absorb the excess water. Hang the needlework in fresh air, away from direct sunlight.
Dry Cleaning
Dry cleaning should only be done by professionals.
Ironing
Do not directly iron the surface of the products. Instead, lay the needlework on a flat surface, cover it with a piece of white cloth, and then iron.
